Java Enterprise Study Group note: no meetings planned - for those interested please send a message to the Yahoo group or vote on the poll at either Yahoo or Meetup groups The Java Enterprise Study Group will focus on the latest EJB 3 specifications and will be useful for those studying for SCBCD 5 certification. We will also examine additional web, IOC and persistence frameworks (e.g. Struts 2, Spring, Hibernate, JSF, Guice and others). We'll also examine various JEE application servers and EJB 3 containers. We are IDE neutral. Java programming knowledge is a prerequisite, (including ant, servlets and jsp). Please bring your laptop and your choice of IntelliJ, Eclipse, Netbeans, notepad or emacs for hands-on coding. We will use the sample code found in the resources listed below in addition to the EJB 3 specifications. Current topics:
